Joanna is the person behind the wellness, balance, and mindful energy of Peace & Pace.
Her yoga journey
Yoga is an important part of Joanna’s life and of the philosophy she brings to the team.
As a Certified Yoga Instructor, YTT 200h, she guides participants with the goal of helping them come closer to their body, their breath, and the present moment. For her, wellness is not just a concept. It is something built through movement, consistency, awareness, and connection with ourselves.
A healthy mind needs a healthy body
Joanna is a graduate of the Department of English Language and Literature at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She later completed an MSc in Marketing at ALBA Graduate Business School.
Her professional path has been shaped within the world of Digital Marketing and e-Commerce, with experience in performance marketing, SEO, CRM, paid media, campaign planning, and digital strategy.
Through this journey, she has developed a combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and organization qualities she also brings to the way she approaches the experiences of Peace & Pace.
Movement on land and water
Beyond yoga, Joanna has been involved in different activities and sports, including tennis, baseball, hiking, weight training, and windsurfing. This relationship with movement helps her see wellness in a more holistic way: not only as exercise, but as a way of life that combines energy, discipline, contact with nature, and personal growth.
Between 2020 and 2022, Joanna was actively involved in Athens Baseball Training, an initiative she created together with Chris Kokkiniotis, our Community & Events Manager, with the goal of bringing baseball closer to men, women, and children in Greece. Through this experience, she became involved for the first time in organizing sports events, communication, promotion, and building a community around a sport that was not widely known in the country.
Music and creative expression
Music is also part of her personality. Joanna plays classical guitar, something that further strengthens her creative side.
What she brings to Peace & Pace
At Peace & Pace, Joanna takes care of the wellness side of the experience.
She designs and leads yoga and wellness sessions with the goal of helping participants feel comfortable, present, and connected with their bodies.
At the same time, she contributes to the overall atmosphere of the events, making sure that every activity carries balance, care, and meaning. Her role is to remind us that the experience is not only about what we do, but also about how we live it.
