Chris Kokkiniotis
Community & Events Manager
Tennis Addict - BSc, MBA, MSc
Chris is the person behind the organization, structure, and overall event experience of Peace & Pace.
From teacher to manager
Although he graduated from the Department of Primary Education, Chris followed a very different professional path. He began his career in sales and, after several changes in professional environments, further studies, and a lot of hard work, he now works as an E-Commerce & Marketing Manager for a well-known retail company.
Along the way, he completed an MSc in Educational Economics at the University of Piraeus and an MBA at ALBA Graduate Business School, combining an understanding of people and teams with strategic thinking, organization, and a business mindset.
Creating since the age of 5
Music has always been one of the most consistent parts of his life.
Chris has been involved in music and composition since the age of 5, by playing the piano. This brought him close to creativity, expression, and the need to give shape to ideas from a very young age.
That creative side is also strongly reflected in the way he approaches our events: not simply as activities, but as experiences with rhythm, atmosphere, and emotion.
Hobbies and sports
Over the years, Chris has been involved in different sports and activities, including tennis, baseball, shooting, and hiking.
For him, movement is not only about exercise. It is a way to understand yourself better, test your limits, and share experiences with other people.
Between 2020 and 2022, together with Joanna Karea, the team’s Lead Yoga & Wellness Instructor, they created their own baseball group, called Athens Baseball Training.
Through that experience, Chris became actively involved in organizing sports activities, building a team, and bringing people together around a shared interest. It was an experience that confirmed how important it is for every community to have structure, consistency, and the right energy behind it.
What he brings to Peace & Pace
Chris is the engine that keeps the community moving. He handles the organization, infrastructure, and event planning with a focus on creating a frictionless experience for every participant. His goal is to make sure every meet-up feels welcoming, structured, and impactful.
What Peace & Pace means to Chris
For Chris, Peace & Pace is not just a series of events.
It is a way of bringing together people who want to live better, try new things, and create real connections through shared experiences.
It is proof that when the right people meet in the right environment, something truly beautiful can happen.
